This website provides general information about FleetOptimus. Content may change or be out of date. Nothing here is a quote, a commercial offer, a guarantee, or a promise that any service is available to you.

2. Service status

The Basic platform is advertised at $20 per truck per month. All-in-One service scope, coverage and fees are agreed in a written proposal. Descriptions on this site do not replace the applicable service agreement. We do not guarantee rates, revenue, or broker payment.

3. Consultation requests

The contact page prepares an email for you to review and send. Preparing or sending an inquiry does not create a service contract.

4. Using the website

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information that is false or that you have no right to share.

5. Service agreement and client workspace

The managed service, the client workspace, user data, and AI features need their own agreement and terms. Those are not drafted yet.

Assumptions and items for legal review

• The legal entity, governing law, jurisdiction, are not yet finalized. The business contact is support@fleetoptimus.com.
• Disclaimers, limits of liability, intellectual property, and dispute terms need drafting by a lawyer; none are included.
• The carrier service agreement (scope, fees, authority limits, termination, data export) is a separate document still to do. Regulatory treatment of dispatch activity depends on the actual activities and needs legal review.
