Draft for review. This describes the marketing website and is not the privacy policy for the FleetOptimus app.

Information you enter

The contact page helps you prepare an email. The fleet size, service interest and optional message stay in your browser until you choose to open your email app. Nothing is submitted to a website inquiry service. You review and send the message through your email provider to support@fleetoptimus.com.

Website storage and measurement

The website code sets no cookies, saves no form entries and includes no advertising or analytics provider. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve the website.

Email and the app

Email messages are handled by your email provider and the FleetOptimus business inbox. The app at app.fleetoptimus.com is a separate service with separate data-handling requirements. Do not include credentials or sensitive driver, banking or identity documents in an introductory email.

Contact support@fleetoptimus.com with privacy questions. Legal entity information, retention periods, service-provider details and formal privacy terms still need to be finalized before a public production launch.
